10 fresh mint leaves
1 cup milk
1 1/2 ounces white chocolate, chopped
3 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
30 ice cubes
5 small scoops vanilla ice cream
- Bring the mint and milk to a boil in a small saucepan. Remove from the heat and let infuse 10 minutes.
- Remove and discard the mint leaves. Add the chocolate to the milk. Let sit until the chocolate begins to melt, about 1 minute, then stir until smooth. If chocolate doesn’t melt, briefly return the pan to the heat. Cool to room temperature.
- Place the strawberries in high-speed blender and blend to a pulp. Add the white chocolate cream, yogurt, and ice cubes and blend until smooth. Increase the amount of ice cubes if you wish to obtain more of a granita-like texture. Serve in tall glasses with dollops of ice cream on top.
